Love that pt.3
Love that & a little update too
It’s been a while.
I am typing to you sat in a matcha cafe (how original) and I have some great news...my final major uni project has been submitted!!! This has been quite the journey, what with the whirlwind of my personal life, in parallel with creating a huge immersive installation for my final dissertation project! [Let me know if you would like a glimpse into this project!]
Anyways I am basically letting you all know that I do indeed graduate incredibly soon and the world awaits…yes I am in my annoyingly optimistic state but it is acceptable considering the hell 2026 has dragged me through. [I’ll explain this all one day but for now I’d like my space on the internet to be separate from my health & personal life- sue me!]
All this is a pretty long winded way to say I am back and all yours for the foreseeable future!!!
Anyway let’s get to the reason you clicked on my imminent return saga post shall we?
LOVE THAT PT.3 IS HERE …
click here for part 1 & part 2
Some may be outdated to you but I have been gone a while so this is a lil roundup of what I’ve collated over a couple months - plus some newer things !
(Okay not much has been collated but stillll)
Holly Humberstone - Beauty Pageant!
Holly’s music videos for her latest album Cruel World are, in fact, out of this world - pun intended whoops! The visuals for this album as a whole are so beautifully cinematic and serene, as if a world has been intricately crafted for us to sneak into. Holly (& her team) are able to provide such rich visual identities to each track without hindering the serious vocal ability she holds. No overcompensating here - the raw and angelic sounds are purely supported and decorated by the styling and set.
In particular, Beauty Pageant enticed me in after encountering clips online and being in awe of the styling and costume and of course the track!! If you do anything today watch this music video and please can we all say thank you to the women in music for bringing back storytelling into music videos !!!
Thank you for the substance, the storytelling AND the styling !
We missed the art of the music video….
Chanel & Mr Blazy’s bags!
Everyone say thank you Mr Blazy for providing me with a beautiful array of bags to imagine purchasing (this will not happen but a girl can dream).
Honestly I’ve never been a true Chanel girl and my style aligns a lot closer with other fashion houses but this collection deserves a spot in LOVE THAT. Also it’s summer and colourful, playful bags are absolutely an essential part of the summer capsule wardrobe in my eyes! - basically me explaining why I should have the final bag in my possession right now.
Please tell me in the comments which bag you love the most - mine is the last image!
Becky Garner
I recently discovered Becky whilst scouring the internet for creative website design inspo (my last submission is a digital portfolio in website form). Coming across her Instagram I realised she has directed many of the videos I have loved!
Becky directs live music videos; including concert and recording studio style shoots. Her Instagram showcases her brilliant visions, as well as her website which actually provided some guidance on my website style too - very different in the end but I enjoyed how the videography was formatted on the site.
Exploring the real people and huge teams it takes to produce these projects (as mentioned prior with Holly), is so important as a creative and can even open up career paths you never knew existed for you!
I’d recommend taking a look at her work - LOVE THAT.
Ferrari - Bond Street
So the life of having a father in the world of architecture & design means getting to go on lots of side quests. Let me explain, I basically get messaged by my father asking to visit stores or events or locations and gather imagery/info/brand stuff and more. I LOVE THIS. Mainly because it means I can divulge into professional criticism and awe alike (maybe lol) - and visit some cool places too.
Recently I was called upon to go to the Ferrari store - which I loved! I also found a gorgeous top…which when I saw the price tag became a distant dream.
The store doubles as a museum, with engines and exhaust pipes displayed in the basement level, alongside helmets, acting as an F1 enthusiast’s little safe haven. The store itself was quite interesting, obviously branded to some extremes but also with some actual subtleties and vast rooms to explore.
I have some personal images below of the store! I think my LOVE THAT is mainly directed towards going to places for my father but I did also really enjoy this store, so Ferrari you can have the LOVE THAT too.
Sorry for the super short round up, I’ll be back with more & greater depth soon!!!!!
PROMISE - they are lined up and ready :)
Read some of my old posts while you wait!

Welcome baaaaaaaaack! Please share the dissertation, it sounds amazing! Congrats on reaching this major milestone! Not saying you should treat yourself to that new bag, but it would be a nice memento!
